QuantumDiamonds and Mey Maschinenbau announce Strategic Partnership

QuantumDiamonds GmbH, an international technology startup from Munich, and Mey Maschinenbau Prien GmbH, a leading provider of series production of assemblies and machines, announce their strategic partnership. The collaboration was officially sealed with the signing of a letter of intent (LoI) on Tuesday, June 30, 2024, in Munich.

The partnership between QuantumDiamonds GmbH, which specializes in quantum sensor technologies, and Mey Maschinenbau, an expert in series production of assemblies and machines, represents an important step in the technology and manufacturing industry. This cooperation builds on successful joint projects in which Mey Maschinenbau provided advanced machines for QuantumDiamonds' microscopy devices.

The ceremonial signing of the LoI by Kevin Berghoff, CEO of QuantumDiamonds, and Josef Guggenberger, CEO of Mey Maschinenbau, was accompanied by a joint tour of Mey Maschinenbau's production and assembly facilities in Prien. This program underlined the importance of cooperation and promoted the exchange between the teams. Mey Maschinenbau will contribute its expertise in high-precision machine manufacturing, while Quantum Diamonds will contribute its advanced quantum sensor technology and NV diamond production techniques.
